Wireless Issues with my Vostro 220

I've had my vostro 220 for about a year now and recently I've been having issues with the wireless network. Our internet connection is fine at our house and it even says that I am 100% connected but I often have times where the internet doesn't want to work and issues such as that.

Does anyone else have a wireless vostro 220 with similar issues? Any ideas on what I can/should do?
