XPS 410 upgrade options?

I am a new member, but a supporter of DELL. I have a Dell XPS410/Dimension 9200. Motherboard # dell E210882. Just installed a Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 @ 2.66Ghz. Upgraded from a Pentium D 820! Still looking to upgrade to a better CPU. I have A Hercules 400W PSU Model #AP-MPS3ATX40. 320 GB western digital black Sata HDD,  4GB Crucial DDR2  6400 800Mhz Ram 2X2GB sticks in dimm1 and dimm2. Looking into getting two more 1GB DDR2 6400 sticks to make a total of 6GB. Read the dell forum on my motherboard supporting up to 8GB. Running stock Dell cpu fan, heatsink and front fan. Should I upgrade my fans or heatsink? Also running a AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB DDR5 video card with a 25" HANNspree HDMI monitor model# HF255 w/ HDMI cable from GPU to MON  at 1920X1080. Another question, I am also using 4GB of memory off my flashdrive for readyboost. Is readyboost needed with 4GB or 6GB of ram? Also looking into better cooling my dell case, and keeping the temps down on my motherboard, gpu, cpu northbridge, southbridge, And anyone have a good place to get a good program to monitor all of my temps? thank you

Prior to installing the processor, check that you have BIOS version, 2.5.1, or higher installed, when new CPU support was added.

Your intel CPU has a fit of LGA 775 so look on tigerdirect or newegg.com for heatsink. You can always get a big beafy cooler.

Fans you can get quite fans that would work.

But other then that I can sujest anything eles

The XPS 410 is a BTX format system, both the motherboard and heatsink are Dell proprietary units, retail heatsinks will not be compatible.
