XPS 435T (Vista Home Premium) Used for Video Editing

I have had poor performance using Premiere Pro CS4 on my new 435T.

Jogging through footage causes the review screen to freeze.

From the Adobe community I was told to clean install Vista and shut down Aero (among other things).

My system came with 2 internal drives in raid 0.

I was told to add a 3rd internal drive and configure them as separate un-partitioned drives.(C:, D:, and  E:)

I installed a new Samsung 1TB drive but I don't know how to set the jumpers.

Any syggestions would be helpful.
