XPS 8300 Dell crash dump report error
Can anyone please help me fix this error? I had the same problem and I already went to the geek squad to get it fix and now it came back again. Is there a way i can fix this by myself and not needing to go to the geeks squad.
My computer just shuts down and it goes to the blue screen which is the crash dump report and it does it randomly. I'm scared to do power points and stuff in my PC now cause of this.

Hi Kevin312312,
Here's the procedure to manually reinstall Windows 7. You'll want to delete the current partition when you are prompted which drive to install on.

It just goes to the blue screen with a bunch of letters and numbers. Do you think updating all my windows update would help it?

Yes, I'm aware that the blue screen error is a bunch of numbers and letters. What I need is the actual error.
In the example below, for instance, the key parts of the error are "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA" and the key numbers are "Stop 0x00000050". This is just an example. Your blue screen error is probably something different, but I need you to write down the key parts of the error.

I have experienced the same problem recently. My computer suddenly shut down and kept alerting "beep beep". At first I thought the CMOS battery was running out. Therefore I bought the new one and replaced. I turned the computer on and it worked. After 1 week this problem happened again and it have occurred frequently for 3 days. I don't know what happened to it. Please advise me on solutions

I can't help you solve your blue screen problem unless you post the following information:
1. Dell model
2. Operating system
3. The actual error (does not need to be a picture)

Error - 0x0000000A (0x0000000000000DC, 0x0000000000000002 , xFFFFF800034B205)

since i called best buy and they said they dont have the disc for the OS re installation CD. Where can i get that CD from?

Since you're in the US, you can order the disc here. Your Windows key is on the side of the case.
