XPS 9100 PSU bad

My XPS9100 randomly goes blank. In the event log I am seeing a kernel error.

I also noticed during a recent storm that the PC doesn't play nicely with may APC UPS (Back-UPS Pro 700).

One possibility is that the PSU has some issues. Is this typical? I am used for PSU to go entirely.

I did a hardware test that did not show any issues with memory and so on.

What are my options to replace the PSU?

The UPS is about two years old. All self tests pass. UPS is always on. The problem started before the storm.

The monitor works. It is on a KVM, other PC's work.

The Ups might be the problem. How old is it and is the battery worn out or the warning lights showing anything? Unplug the computer from the UPS and plug into a known good outlet to check for symptoms. PSUs usually work or don't work. I doubt that has anything to do with the problem. The computer is not going blank. The monitor is going blank. It or the video card could be failing. Maybe it was damaged in the storm. Try a diff monitor.
