Xps730x Northbridge chipset
So my watercooling unit is failing and I know how to refill it but decided it would be easier just to get a new setup, and before you say get a new computer the 730's are old, let me say this, the xps730's case was and is the best dell has ever made and I plan to use it till it can no longer turn the lights on. Anyway I know how to cool the CPU and gpu but the Northbridge chipset has the weirdest shape that I cannot find on any website for an aftermarket heat sink, I would appreciate it if anyone could give me a name beside Intel x58, I want a socket number (ex lga1366 the i7 CPU socket) (current setup gtx 960 12gb ram i7 965 extreme and water cooler that is going bad)

Intel based PCs, the northbridge was also named external memory controller hub (MCH) or integrated memory controller hub (IMCH)
if equipped with an integrated VGA memory controller hub (MCH). Increasingly these functions became integrated into the CPU
chip itself, beginning with memory and graphics controllers.
For Intel Sandy Bridge(CORE i3 i5 i7 and AMD Accelerated Processing Unit processors introduced in 2011,
all of the functions of the northbridge reside on the CPU
