awake from sleep or hibernation
Have vostro 3650. It goes into some sort of sleep or hibernation. The numberlock light remains on as I left it but I can't find the proper way to wake it up other than to hold the power button down until it forcibly shuts down, before restarting. What is the proper way to wake it up?

You can go into the power management settings and change the settings to not allow the system to enter sleep/hibernate.
To wake the system up you can just barely push the power button in and it should wake back up. You do not have to hold the power button down until it shuts off.
