enable nTune support in bios
How do I do this?
I want to overclock, but it says I have to enable this in the bios before hand.
Is there some other app I can use to overclock?
Forgive me for sounding stupid, I know others have asked.

Press the F2 key when prompted when your pc is booting up. This will get you into the BIOS.
There is very little to change in the BIOS except the option to allow software to alter the settings. You need to switch this to ON.
Download the Ntune software from Nvidia and install then run.
Hope this helps.

Something tells me I should be getting more.
On two of the tests, I got a frame rate of 0-1 fps...

I just looked through every available option in the bios, and there is nothing about software...
EDIT:
Nevermind... it seems to be working

There is no ntune option in BIOS - Only the option to allow overclocking by software application.
Once enabled, save your settings, reboot then visit the Nvidia website to download and install ntune.
Hope this helps.

Those are CPU tests and 0-1 FPS is normal. I get that with my x6800 and Dual 7900GTX's as well. What's your config?
