evga geforce 6800 gt
Returned the 5900 for an evga geforce 6800 gt
Kind of pricey, and just a tad loud, but woah, the performance in doom 3 has to be seen to believe.
Now I have to think of some way to insulate the side of my case a little bit more.
Becuase it is on top of my desk, basically at ear level..
Any ideas ?

Get a watercooler for your CPU and graphics card. It's the only way you'll be totally silent these days.
