mouse & keyboard not working
After the hard drive in my Dell Optiplex 755 computer was changed I re-installed the OS and then the the Drivers and utilities. However I now have the problem of both the keyboard and mouse have stopped working.
Can someone assist me?

Did you install the Desktop System Software and then the chipset drivers following re-install of the OS?

Thanks for responding.
Yes, I did. After I installed the OS. I Installed the Desktop System Software and then the other drivers including the chipset drivers.

I'd try different ports and/or different keyboard + mouse.

I have already tried different ports and different keyboard and mouse. They did not work.
