need display drivers for Windows 2003 on OPTIPLEX GX270

Try the WIndows XP Intel video card drivers.
Optiplex SX/GX270 use the Intel 865 video driver -
* Click here
* Click your operating system
* Click Go!
* Click the latest Graphics Driver
* Next to English, click the file
* Click Download (recommended site)
* Click Save
* Click the Desktop icon
* Click Save
* Double click the downloaded file from your desktop. Follow any prompts to install the driver

There are no Windows 2003 specific drivers. You must use the 2000/XP drivers.
