the 275 dell ps is dead! and i just think why not buy atx 400 for replacement when i have enough money for it..im also thinkin for the future, maybe latter when i buy or build a pc i can just use that ps....anyway your reply dont answer my question..is the atx 400 the same size as 275 ? this is important to know so it will stay inside exactly where my current ps in dem 4100 belong....

You can get an adapter to use a standard ATX powersupply in your 4100. Look under OEM REplacement here:

Any ATX powersupply should fit your case without any problems, you need the adapter to connect to the Dell motherboard. A good 300W powersupply should provide plenty of power for your 4100.
