"You Are Running old Version"

When i start the computer i get a pop-up box that says roughly "you are running an old version of this program. please update". it does not say WHICH program is old and i tried updating Norton's AntiVirus but that did not seem to help.

I have a Dell Dimension with a 1ghrtz processor Pentium III and 45 memory

Any Ideas?

aspelker,

If you are getting that warning at bootup, it is coming from one of the programs that is in your startup group. Go to Start|Run, type Msconfig and click OK. On the Startup tab see what is loading when you boot. Check those programs for possible updates.
