(redirected Laptop(Inspiron N5010) - Freezing in normal mode post desktop appearance, response for the actions like file access takes long time
Issue: Laptop starts in normal mode & freeze can move the cursor, booting up is smooth. However, post providing password and display of desktop; access to data and files takes long time. Laptop works fine in Safe mode both in networking mode as well as without network mode.
Ran Start-up repair: it says If you have recently attached a device to this computer, such as camera or portable music player, remove it and restart your computer. IF you continue to see this message, contact your system adminstrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
Also ran Dell system diagnostics: During Hard disk test. SMART sort self test was cancelled by the device. While Linear Read test failed with error message as there was error reading sectors 10321920 through 10326015
Also error checked Drives( C, D, E) using properties-> tools -> Error Checking -> Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors: However, all the results came that drives are clean and there is no issue. Post this scan, laptop restart resulted in working in normal mode good for 5 mins and thereafter it started to hang again.
After this tried diagnostics under My Dell again and it stopped at Funnel test and stopped moving ahead.

*I have recently formatted windows around 20 days back and created disk fragmentation as excessive heating was leading to laptop shutting down and corrupted windows. However, post formatting windows everything started to run fine.
