replacing the ATI Radeon HD 4870 GDDR5 card

I have a XPS 435T that I plan on retiring this summer. In the meantime I need to replace my Graphics card. I have the 1024 ATI Radeon HD 4870 GDDR5. The fan is dead so I need to replace it asap. The card is no longer made. All I want is what I had nothing better. What are my options? It needs to be plug and play because I don't know that much about computers.

Studio XPS435T intel core i7-920 (8MB L3 Cache 2.66GHZ)

6GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1066MHz

750GB serial ATA 2 Hard Drive 7200RPM

Thank you!

Thanks,

Caleb
