service tag is invalid?
I have a dell which I installed windows XP on from a bought xp disc, not a dell one. I ahve lost my dell disks, so i tried to download the drivers from the site, but whenever i enter my service tag it tells me it is invalid. How can i find out what kind of dell I have to get the drivers>??

Hi, Miss:
Find the model number on the front of your Dell then drivers by searching the downloads page by model number, which will get you to the same place. Downloads are not sorted by specific service tag, so you need to know what hardware you have (network card, graphics adapter, audio adapter, etc.). If you are not sure, use the free Belarc advisor.
The follow these instructions to install drivers in the correct order.

thanks! I managed to find most of the drivers but i cannot get the tv card, or the belkin wireless card working. I really cannot find the drivers could anybody give me a wee push in the right direction? Thanks!
