Are you talking about just saving a copy of the current settings or being able to recover after a failed BIOS update or other corruption?
Dell only recently started storing a BIOS recovery file on the hard drive of some systems. Don't know if this model has that capability but I didn't see anything mentioned about it in the manual:

Unfortunately, there is no way to save or backup the bios.

If you just want to document the current settings, take some digital photos of all the BIOS screens and store them on a USB stick.
