Reports to MS and ATI are useless. That's only to help MS, not you. You need to contact Dell Support directly since this is not a good out of the box experience. The video card might need to be replaced or worse.

This is a user to user forum, not Dell Support.

580s,

Before getting the video card replaced, do the following -
* Turn the PC off
* Unplug the power cord from the back of the PC
* Disconnect the monitor from the video card
* Remove the case cover
* Remove and reseat the video card
* Disconnect and reconnect all other PC plugs, cables, and memory sticks (The memory sticks should click when fully inserted)
* Close the case cover
* Reconnect the monitor to the video card
* Reconnect the PC power cord
* Power on the monitor and then the PC

If it still has issues, contact Support and get the video card replaced.

You can download a program called Whocrashed.

Awesome program. Diagnose blue screen errors/crashes and give direct cause and fix.

has never failed yet.

Good luck :)
