Inspirion 3847, stuck at Dell logo
My dell PC is stuck at the dell logo, I've tried resetting bios and removing the battery from the motherboard and nothing, pls help

Was PC unplugged and did you press/hold the power button for ~30 sec after removing the battery? If you reset BIOS by removing the battery, are you sure the default settings are right for your PC?
When was last time you replaced the battery with a fresh one?
What color is power button and steady or blinking when PC won't boot?
Have you tried disconnecting everything except mouse, monitor and keyboard?
Version of Windows?
