Need help with my Dell ST2210 monitor

I had to replace my HDD in my XPS 9100 & after installing everything again I cannot get my Dell ST2210 monitor to give me FULL screen. There's a black frame on the screen, about 1 inch, that I cannot figure out what settings need to be changed. Can someone help?

Hello CAPTKIRKRM1,

Please use the following link to make sure that you have the correct video drivers. Since you replaced the HDD the drivers and or BIOS my need to be updated.

This made things totally worst. I'm rebooting to see what happens.

After reboot, it all looks the same. I have 2 monitors on this machine & the #1 monitor which came with the computer is the one that has the black frame on the screen. It was working fine on the old drive. Just can't figure this out. I do appreciate your help in getting me a newer driver.

I have resolved this issue via a BING search online. I wanted to thank you for taking the time to advise me of this option. There was a scaling option rather than a driver issue. Happy Holidays.
