http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ddtools/hh/ddtools/bccodes_8k9z.asp.  Has to do with a driver.  That's what cam up in a Google search.  Did the problem happen again?

proplem has only happend once two days ago, this was after i formated my hard drive and installed XP before that i was getting at least one stop error per day for about two weeks. Dell has replaced my hard drive and stop errors  went away for a few days I have not updated my drivers from dell download site yet but plan to soon. does anybody know what Dell notebook system software is and should i install it on my  inspiron 5100, the notebook is running great now with the original configuration and the drivers that are on the utilities disk.
