ECS 2.2.1 vs Nice Interaction Management 4.1 compatibility
At this point the application Nice release 4.1 is running on a ECS release 2.1.
To use the NFSv3 an upgrade to ECS 2.2.1 is necessary.
Is there document where I could to check the compatibility of the application with the ECS 2.2.1?
