How to access gen3 iDRAC from customer network?

Hey everyone, I just inherited a Gen 3 ECS EX3000 cluster with 16 nodes and the standard fox/hound rabbit/hare switches.  I'm trying to understand how to access RMM & iDRAC in my environment.  Section 5.2.4 of the 'Dell EMC ECS: Networking and Best Practices' doc says that they can both be accessed from a customer network, though it does warn that 'providing RMM to customer....is only available in Gen1/2 appliances.'  Assuming that I only can get iDRAC for now, what on Earth needs to be configured to be able to reach iDRAC from my desktop workstation?

For future people in the same situation as me, to hit the iDRAC GUI you can simply create a tunnel or proxy on the master node from its 10. address to the iDRAC 192.
