Documentum6 - BPM server - Process Builder help

Hi,

It will be very helpful if you can put some light on the doubts that we are facing while proposing to build a workflow template via Process Builder (version 6 SP1) for documentum (version 6). We have been asked to fulfill a requirement of transferring EMAILS to various folders of a Business Unit on the basis of the SUBJECT FORMAT. I am not sure whether this requirement is at all feasible.

Requirements as proposed are briefed below:

      • SUBJECT line will not be hard coded i.e. from the subject line the WORKFLOW will recognize with some CONDITIONS given as to where and which FOLDER in Documentum, the EMAIL with body and attachment(s) will be saved. All this folders exists in Documentum under a specific folder of a Cabinet and is 25 in number.

        • Also in the 'TO' Address list along with the Documentum Mailbox Email Address there will be given an email address of the REGULATORY BODY to which this email will be send.

      • Once they reply, if the format is in ELECTRONIC DATA this would be manually updated to Documentum by the Members of the BUSINESS UNIT by simply IMPORTING. Otherwise if its a HARD COPY, then they will be scanned and updated in Documentum via Captiva.

Highly anticipating your reply to put a foot forward as the situation here is getting URGENT day by day.

      Thanks a lot in advance.
