Knowledge Maintenance Notifications for Symmetrix and RecoverPoint sent 5/28/2013
RecoverPoint 4.0 and Symmetrix Enginuity 5876 Q2 SR were released for General Availability on the week of May 13, 2013.
The following Knowledge Maintenance (KM) notifications were sent to certified Experts and Specialists in the associated EMC Proven Professional tracks:
| KM 1.1-1 for RecoverPoint EMCIE |
| KM 1.1-1 for RecoverPoint/SE EMCIE |
| KM 6.4-1 for Symmetrix EMCPE |
| KM 6.5-2 for Storage and Information Infrastructure EMCTA |
| KM 6.7-1 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCIE |
| KM 6.7-1 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCSA |
| KM 7.4-1 for Symmetrix Solutions EMCTA |
If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert in any these tracks, you should have received an e-mail notification between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, May 28. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:
- Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
- If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
- If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
- Write to education@emc.com if you need further help, or need to receive the current links.
