Knowledge Maintenance Notifications for VNX OE for Block 5.33.x and File 8.1.x Q3 2014 sent on 08/29/2014
VNX OE for Block 5.33.x and File 8.1.x Q3 2014 was made generally available on August 13, 2014.
The following Knowledge Maintenance (KM) notifications, which are associated with the VNX OE product release, were sent to certified Specialists in the associated EMC Proven Professional tracks:

| KM 8.1-1 for VNX Solutions EMCTA |
| KM 8.1-1 for VNX Solutions EMCIE |
| KM 8.1-1 for VNX Solutions EMCSA |
| KM 1.1-5 for EMC Information Storage Solutions EMCTA |
If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert in any of these tracks, you should have received an e-mail notification between 12:45 and 2:30 p.m. EST on Friday, August 29, 2014. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:
- Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
- If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
- If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
- Write to education@emc.com if you need further help, or need to receive the current links.
