EmailXtender- how to heal a shortcut within a PST

Hi Everyone,

  We are currently running a project where we are migrating all of our PST files into the Enterprise Vault tool from Symantec.

We noticed that some of our user PST files contain EmailXtender shortcuts.  Is there a way to automatically heal (unshorcut) the EmailXtender shortcuts within user PST files?   We need to have all emails in the PST files unshortcutted (out of EmailXtender) before trying to move them into Enterprise Vault.

We have healed the email shortcuts in the users mailbox through the EmailXtender admin.  However, this seems to do nothing for shortcuts contained within PST file.
