Controller replacement firmware upgrade
Hi all
I have a ps4100 and one of the controllers went faulty
I have sourced a replacement one problem is it's running firmware v5.2.2 and the active controller is running v7.1.2
What process do I need to go through to upgrade the replacement controller to the same as the active controller please
Thanks for your support

Hello,
The firmware is stored on the SD card in the controller. Remove the one from the defective CM, and install it in the replacement. It will then boot the 7.1.2 firmware.
