We have an issues on Dell EqualLogic Storage Pool some of the member are offline Status.

It looks like you've lost network connectivity or power to one or more of your array enclosures. Check power, cables and look for a switch failure.
There are any number of causes for this issue. Too many to try to resolve via a forum. Verify network connectivity, but if you can reach each member then you will need to open a support case.
If you do not have a support contract you can open a one time case for a fee. You will need to have serial access to the down arrays for triage. So getting that ready first would be helpful.
