Equallogic Storage Pools - Moving Volumes

Hello,

I want to move some volume across storage pools this weekend but am starting to wonder about something.

I have 3 storage pools all in the same group.

Tier1  (2 ps3900xv's)

Tier2  (1 ps4000e and 1 ps4100e)

Tier3  (1 ps6100xv)

We are going to retire the 2 3900's because they are EOL. I have 4 volumes I want to move from Tier1 to Tier3. 3 of the volumes are my Exchange 2010 database and the 4th volume is my SQL databases.

What I am wondering is can I move these volumes with Exchange DB's and SQL DB's live? From what I have been reading is Dell claims you can. The part that concerns me is I moved a test volume and noticed that the iSCSI connections terminate (log out and back in) for a split second and I don't want that affecting the databases.
