My array disk PS6000 is failed 
and it couldn't see the physical disks  after restarting the array disk's led are off

i got a critical data on those disks 

Can i use my PS4000 and connect my disks on it in order to extract my data from it ?

Hello, 

 No. You would have the same problem. 

 You are going to need a  recovery service for the drives,  I do not believe you have a chassis H/W problem.

I'am really gettting disappointed with DELL products

Hello, 

 No. I do not see any other solution.  Too many drives have failed to keep the RAIDset alive. Drive recovery could recover enough data to get the RAIDset back online.   Which would allow you to access your data. Your data is not stored in "files" on an NTFS partition that can just be read individually.  

 I am sorry you feel disappointed and given the situation I can understand how stressed you are but let's review a few things. 

  1. No backups
  2. Failed to maintain support contract.
    1. Which would have replaced drives as they failed
    2. Access to support to recover before complete failure. 
    3. When a drive fails tech review all drives / system for potential replacement
  3. Failed to keep EQLOS and drive firmware up to date.
