Event 9 39 129 Server 2012

Hello 

We have 3 Poweredge R630 servers, 1 Equilogic PS4210 and 2 Dell switches N4032 to connect them. 
We are having iSCSI issues. 1 VM is freezing up afther 30-60 min uptime. storage Esent 510 533 errors in the evenviewer. 
On the VM also Event 129 Reset to device \Device\Raidport0 was issued.
In Hyper-V we have event 39 : Initiator sent a task management command to reset the target. The target name is given in the dump data.
Event 9 : Target did not respond in time for a SCSI request. The CDB is given in the dump data.

Updating the NIC drivers from windows updates made thing worse. Please help
