Multiple Disk Failures Reported on Console
Hi,
We are running an older version of firmware on a PS4100. We had had a disk failure but sometime after the rebuild completed we've seen 4-6 disks marked as failed in the console. This has happened twice on two different systems. Is this a known issue? We have firmware 5.1.1 installed currently.

Thanks, we know its old firmware, the customer refuses to update for whatever reason. Maybe they'll change their minds now. I was just wondering if it was a known issue from v5.1.1.
