PS5000e lost Network connection and no LED link lights

I have an old PS5000e that is out of warranty and EOL. I want to retrieve data from it and decommission. It had a number of volumes some of which were running some old Hyper V Vm's. However last week the VM's went offline and the web console stopped responding correctly and stopped displaying any volumes at all. I rebooted the SAN and since then it has no connection LED's on any of the network ports.

One of the control modules has both the PWR and ACT lights green and the other one has only the PWR light green. I also noticed there is a light on the back with a Wave symbol which is flashing green. This is next to a tick symbol which is off.

Can anyone tell me what the wave symbol light is indicating and also point me in the right direction for restoring the network connections.
