That means the RAIDset is down, and it cannot read the configuration information. Please do NOT run setup.
If you don't have a support contract, you can open a one time case for a fee. They will help you determine which disk or disks you have to get back online to bring RAIDset back online. If they drive(s) can't be brought back online then you can send them to a recovery service to see if they can get the data copied off. If so you will need to purchase some used EQL drives to send to the recovery service. OEM drives will not work in EQL arrays.
Good luck. Let us know how you make out. Typically there is only one critical drive that must be brought back online to bring RAIDset back to degraded.
