Power Failure Recovery Warning - Equallogic PS4100X
Hi all,
Was hoping someone may be able to advise on two warnings we recently received from our EQL array. The warnings contained the following info:
Severity Date and Time Member ID Message
-------- --------------------- -------- ------ ------------------------------------------------------------
WARNING 21/06/2013 5:36:11 PM APCEQLM1 15.3.0 NVRAM contains valid data. This is a POWER FAILURE RECOVERY.

WARNING 21/06/2013 5:36:19 PM APCEQLM1 15.3.0 NVRAM contains valid data. This is a POWER FAILURE RECOVERY.
Several of our VM's running on vSphere 5.1 unexpectedly shut down at approx. 17:05 on the same day. Luckily everything came back up ok. We did not have a power failure in our DC so I'm not sure what happened.
I haven't raised a call with DELL support yet but I will if need be. Any suggestions on this one ? We are running firmware V6.0.1 (R264419)
Thanks in advance!
Lee

I don't know how to report this so I mention it here.
The release notes for 6.0.5 seem to point to the pdf for 6.0.4 (or at least the document mentions version 6.0.4 and not 6.0.5)

Thanks for the suggestions Don, I'll raise a case with DELL and also look at updating the firmware.
