Problems with Hyper-V Server 2008 and PS4000 (Migration Using SAN)
Hi,
I have 3 R515 servers running Hyper-V Server 2008 in a cluster. I'm using a PS4000X with version 5.05 firmware for storage.
I've enabled Cluster Shared Volumes, and everything seems basically OK.
Microsoft System Center/VMM, however, refuses to migrate a VM using a SAN copy, instead copying the VM over the network. (Even though the files it is copying are under the c:/ClusterStorage/Volume1 directory).
How can I enable this? As this is the bare-metal hypervisor, I can't really install the Host Integration Toolkit, can I?
Thanks,
-Evan-
