Reset Equallogic 6010

I've recently purchased a used Dell Equallogic PS6010 and am trying to reset it via serial. I've got two devices capable of doing this a old laptop with a serial connection and my current laptop with a nice serial to usb adapter. When I connect to the CM controller using putty I'm able to see the boot, and login via both computers. 

Once I've logged in though I'm stuck I get no more prompts or anything until it logs me out from inactivity. I've setup putty exactly as I've ready all around the web. Any ideas?

Edited: Uploaded new image to remove some vital info from the last image. Also I know this is telnet and not serial but getting the same problem across all platforms of communication
