SCVMM SP1 Rapid provisioning not working.

I am receiving the following error when trying to select a host to place the rapid provisioned vm.

No storage array associated with this host has appropriate resources to provision a clone of vhd resources to provision a clone of vhd resources required by virtual machine "machne name".

This is a 5 node hyper-v 2012 cluster. The library server is not a hyper-v host.

I have followed the steps in the Hit Kit for Microsoft Installation and user guide pages 57-68.

I have verified that the VM Template and VHD have SAN COPY status of YES.

Any one else run into this issue?

Here is a great Deployment and Configuration Guide for your specific configuration:

Hit Kit version is 4.6.

Windows Server 2012.

Single PS Group managing 2 Pools.

I am successfully able to manage Dell Equallogic storage via SCVMM SP1.

No I have not called dell yet.

Some questions:

What version of HIT/Microsoft?

Server 2012?  Or, Server 2012 R2?

Are you managing a single PS Group?  Or multiple?

Are you successfully able to manage Dell EqualLogic storage using the SMP Provider from native Windows?

...and just wondering:  Have you spoken to anyone at Dell Support regarding this, yet?
