What am I doing wrong?!

I have a PS6010 and I reset it to manufacture default setting and now I'm trying to start the setup by using the 'setup' command but after it asks me to wait several minutes '..............', I end up getting this error message: *** Database is not functional. The setup utility has failed. Please try again Anything I'm doing wrong?!! Thanks,

call support if reset does not work. they will need to run the support command to mount the database manually.
