installing equalogic 1.1 mem module problems
trying to configure the newest 1.1 module on esxi5 but having some issues.
first i downloaded the vma 5.0 since 4.1 will no longer work. upon starting vma 5.0 got an error about
Cannot initialize property
'vami.DNS0.vsphere_management_assistant_(vMA', since network dvPGxxxxx has no associated pool configuration.
second
I tried downloading vcli 5.0 on another linux vm.
running ./setup.pl gives

the module is installed. but configuring it is a problem
I keep getting
Could not bind vmk4 to any of the iSCSI adapters.

ok, how come I have 3 paths to the volume in vsphere?
I only have 2 nics vmk4 and 5 and on vmnic3 and 7. I did not configure a storage heartbeat ip

Without the storage heartbeat (vmkernel), a loss of an iSCSI switch could cause a complete access loss to the volumes from what I understand.
