Precision T3600 specification detail - Inquiry whether my internal parts of my PC have been removed without my knowledge

Dear Dell and all Experts Community,

I seek wisdom and enlightenment in my problem from you guys who are experts in IT and technology. I am bad in technology, I know how to use but I do not know in detail like RAM, GPU, clocking etc. Therefore, here I am seeking help from you guys. To make it short, I wanted to know that whether my PC have been lacking in terms of RAM or Graphic card (either been stolen or replaced without my knowledge). I recently bought the PC Dell Precision T3600 which I know it has been around 5 years since it was released.

What my concern is (please refer pictures) Appendix 1 - where I came across the built in NVIDIA at control panel shows a pop up "An NVIDIA graphics card was not detected in your system". Which makes me wondering does my graphic card was replaced or etc.

Appendix 2 - So I googled the T3600 specification but still confusing maybe the specs vary by region etc.

Appendix 3 - Please do check for any details that may vary from your knowledge for T3600 or those who have the T3600

Appendix 4 - That is my current graphic card or can I called it as GPU? Again, please confirming is the graphic card came with the PC itself like built in naturally from Dell themselves.

I really need help in this matter, please do help me if anyone know that my GPU or RAM switched? or replaced to lower or etc.
