EqualLogic PS5000 managment problem
Hi,
We have a Dell EqualLogic PS5000.
I've just logged onto it using the Group Manager and I'm not longer able to view the storage pools, Members or volumes, both are stuck saying "retrieving data".
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm in a world of bother without it.

What version of FW are you using and what version of JAVA?
In the short term, try using the CLI and see if there's a problem there too.

Firmware version is 4.0.1

I'm unable to check what version of Firmware it is as it wont show on both the CLU or GUI.
I'm also unable to get any of the details from the CLI
We have Java 7.21

You definitely need to upgrade the firmware. That version is nearly four years old.
4.0.1->4.1.7->4.3.8->5.0.8->5.2.8->6.0.4
