What you need to do is to confirm that all the clear tabs are on the front of the slots in the left magazine. If all the tabs are present then need to confirm that the magazine hasn’t warped. If the magazine has warped then you will need to get a replacement magazine. If not then make sure that you can insert and remove media freely out of all slots. If media has a hard time getting out of any slots then need to get a replacement magazine.

I had the same problem... I contacted dell and they gave me all kinds of solution which did not work....
I solved the problem by just updating the firmware of Dell PowerVault TL2000... which i downloaded from the dell site itself...
