You should email a screenshot of the incomplete and send a description of the problem to education@emc.com and they'll be able to troubleshoot this for you.

It sounds like you're talking about the VILT. Are you watching the stream version?

Hi Kate,

The delivery mode for the course is eLearning & not VILT.

The slides are working but the supporting materials are not downloading.

After finishing the presentation & answering the questions, the status is still showing incomplete.
