Problem Installing an EMC Education DVD

Question

I have recently installed the 'Virtualized Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Planning and Design' on windows 10. The installation went fine, but when I got to the activation point, I received a dialog box stating: 'Are you connecting through a proxy?' If I press no, it says 'Please check your connection and try again' and if I press yes, I would be presented with a dialog box asking me for host address, port number and some credentials. I would be really grateful if somebody could advise me on how to proceed.

Hi Ramin Sh, This DVD is fairly out of date, but you can open a ticket with Education Support for technical assistance on this issue.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I opened the ticket as soon as you replied, still no answer after four days.

I hadn't found the time to use the DVDs up until now and I certainly didn't expect them to simply stop working because they are out of date.
