It's not for me, it's for the users around the world that on a bright day the computer suddenly does not boot up to the operating system ... ( I did not find a solution across the network)

I've solved at least 20 units so far

Most models is Inspiron, not specific model and one was Precision

Some SSD and some HDD.

19 units windows 10

01 unit  windows 7

I estimate that this happens to most users when the battery runs out completely and it does not matter if the BIOS is updated.

I have a XPS 15 9550. My BIOS Boot Sequence has two entries:

1. Windows Boot Manager

2. UEFI: pointing to to Partition 1 of my hard drive.

Otherwise the BIOS Menu structure seems to be the same so it looks like they are basically identical. Yours indicates potential booting from a network and the initial screen had no reference to booting from Windows Boot Manager or the hard drive. Why are we getting so many of these? Did a BIOS update wipe the proper boot entries out?

Just now I have visited the forum since I wrote this, and by the way since I wrote this it has already solved hundreds of users if not more ...

This happens to all users after the battery runs out completely and the computer is shut down by the system (probably), then something goes wrong in BIOS and the computer does not boot to the operating system => What I'm doing is re-setting the boot setting manually to the computer from where to go to the operating system => it works at 100% :)

As of today 15.12.2017

On all models after the boot is set back to the operating system

=> I instruct everyone to update Bios from Dell Site => and it will not happen again in the future.

I recommend updating the bios to your computer when the battery is at least 30% charged.

This happens a lot, somehow the computer BIOS loses the settings for .EFI file location, hence the computer cannot start the BOOT process. I think Dell is partly to blame w/ this w/ the possibility of a FW bug. The factory .EFI file is found on a different location & is named as Bootmgfw.efi,
