Thanks for the reply. Sorry to say that the problem is not solved yet. same downloading error appeared, used fire Fox this time but still same downloading error appeared. While I am able to download other drivers from the same page but unable to download BIOS file ver A11.

Thanks a lot for the email and attachment, well received. Kindly advise if i can run this file directly from windows, as i have seen the instruction on the driver download page that this version can be run directly from the windows.

Kindly advise if this is workable or please advise if otherwise.

Yes,you can run the file directly from Windows.

Note:While updating BIOS,AC adapter needs to be plugged in,system battery should be adequately charged (more than 10 %) and make sure there is no external peripherals (USB devices,SD cards) connected to the system.
