Bluetooth on Inspiron 14Z 5423
Hi everyone,
i bought my dell inspiron four years ago, it works perfectly except for one feature: bluetooth. it works well but very very slowly and it keeps disconnecting from my devices. Also when it is connected it shows a range of action of, i think 20 cm. Someone has any idea what's going on?
More info: Windows 10 Home, Intel core I-5, x64
About bluetooth: Dell Wireless 1703 Bluetooth Qualcomm Atheros Communications

Thanks for writing to us.
Have you done any hardware or software changes recently ?
Please update the bluetooth drivers from
support.euro.dell.com
and enter your tag# and select the operating system.
How about the wireless signal strength?
