Bluettoh (personal Area Network) device and the eacfilt driver

Hi, I am trying to use my Latitude D420 to dial in via a mobile over Bluetooth. Then I want to run the Nortel VPN software but when I do I am informed that the eacfilt drivers must be assigned to the Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network). I have tried reinstalling the VPN the bluetooth Software/Drivers everything. This should get added to the device when it detects it. It has installed on the Wireless network card and the built in modem and built in Network card. I've never had a problem on the previous Latitudes just this D420. Any ideas? Regards, Mark
